California Quality Clean, Values your home and appreciates your business. For both the protection of our clients and our company please read the following Policies and Terms.
California Quality Clean is a professional house cleaning service that is fully insured with 1,000,000 in general liability insurance for your protection needs.
All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by California Quality Clean, unless otherwise discussed before service.
Our normal working hours are Sunday thru Saturday appointments are available on emergency basis for after party, one-time, and move in or out services.
Payment for Services:
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service or before. California Quality Cleaning: Gladly accepts payment in the following forms:

Zelle or Venmo
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time-frame. If you cancel after 24 hours" notice a $25 late fee will be billed before scheduling of the next appointment.
Refunds
Since cleaning is such a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers.
Illness
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.
Privacy Policy
We do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other 3rd party.
Extra Services
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.
Tipping
California Quality Clean, never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
